Zivabowl preparation: Mix the whole content of the package with liquid (only 4 to 5 tablespoons) of your choice (e.g. water, juice, milk, yogurt, kefir or other). Wait for one (1) minute and your meal is ready.
When adding the liquid of your choice (except water), please take into account, that the nutritional value of the meal is going to increase accordingly. The mixture can also be prepared by adding warm liquid.
